Art Hair Studio's online scheduler is available 24/7.  It's easy to use.

1.Service and Staff 
You will see a five step menu routed horizontally in grey at top of page.  Directly below is a line item asking you to "Select Service Catagory". 
"HAIRCUT & STYLE"
"COLOR"
"PERMANENT WAVES"
Click on the appropriate button to select desired service.  The next screen will pop up with a detailed description of the various services. 
Click on the appropriate button to select your specific service.

2.Date and Time
Select the the Month by clicking on the "View times" links below the calendar. This will allow you to navigate thru all the months, going backwards and forwards. Select the day, then click on the time.  The time is determined by the Service you selected. Not to worry!

3. Your Details
Fill out the form with your info. If you have any product requests, or medical issues, (example: Your neck  hurts , so i would want to be carefull when I will lay you back into the shampoo bowl), please enter that information in the "special requests" box.

4. Confim
Look over your info and make sure it is correct.  (Correct service, month, day and time. If you see an error, you can click on the "change" button and it will take you back to the area where you need to change.   When satisfied information is correct, click on the "confirm appointment button".

5.Finished
Appointment Confirned! is what you will see along with your details, requests and additional information.  You can print out your appointment for reference and you are now finished.  You will receive a email with your confirmation number, details about your appointment along with a cancelation link.  Save this email just in case you need to change or cancel your appointment.

Changes and Cancelations:
To change your appointment use the link in your email.  Clicking on the link will cancel your appointment.  The link will not allow you to reschedule.  To reschedule you will need to go back to the website and click on the button "BOOK NOW".  
For on-line cancelations given with at least 24 hours notice, simply use the e-mail link to cancel.  For cancelations given with less than 24 hours notice, please call me at 520.326.8850
